Our Workshops
Each of these workshops are behavioral based and built upon a deep understanding of human growth and relational dynamics. We know that a person’s beliefs and the environment they work in can trigger unintended behaviors that do not serve a useful purpose. That is why we always take a holistic approach to help our clients understand themselves better, providing practical advice to help them achieve and sustain positive behavioral change.
Our online workshops combine the best of in-person learning, written materials, exercises to encourage curiosity, cohort discussions, and individual coaching, blended with the use of technology to cost effectively deliver the same best-in-class solutions that we have achieved with individuals and teams from small entrepreneurial ventures to large public traded Fortune 500 size companies for over 25 years.
Each workshop contains three live on-line workshops that will also be recorded if you can’t attend as scheduled, two small cohort group discussions, and two one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions so you can discuss your individual questions and needs.
